Electrical Engineer
We are a start-up company who has teamed up with a large player in semiconductor manufacturing and research to develop phase change memory products. Our design center is located near Burlington, Vermont, offering excellent schools, safe communities and outdoor activities year-round.
We are looking for circuit design engineers with experience in full-custom analog and digital circuit design, preferably with memory experience (DRAM, SRAM, Flash etc.). Both entry level and experienced candidates will be considered.
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline required, M.S. or PhD preferred.
Experience with Cadence development tools a plus.
