Electrical Engineer - Automotive - Electric Vehicles
If you are a Electrical Engineer with experience with Electronic/Electrical systems for Electric Vehicles, please read on.
A manufacturer of Electric Vehicles is in need of an Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, and test electric systems and electronics in Electric Vehicles.
What you need for this position:
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experience in Automotive
- Low and High voltage experience
- Experience with electric systems/electronics integration into an electric vehicle
- Experience with Battery technology
- Electric vehicle design (from an electronics perspective) and testing experience
- Experience with vehicle electric wiring - Low and High voltage
- Must be willing to travel and stay in Atlanta for an extended period
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure products are developed on time and within budget
- Manage multiple programs and configurations and plans for continuous improvement
- Maintain a technology roadmap and assess technology for future applications and improvements
- Work to ensure high-voltage safety to all applicable norms and standards
