Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), a subsidiary of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a world-wide leader in the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art converting machinery for Tissue, Non Woven and Printing Coating Laminating industries. PCMC is looking to recruit exceptional Electrical Engineering Controls Engineers to support our continued growth in a very positive highly team orientated environment.
Assist design team in machinery design from inception to completion that are extensive and complex involving original design work and selection of components and materials. Typically responsible for the development of engineering specifications and original design concepts. May provide detailed technical analysis of equipment. May provide machine process audits and make recommendations to improve line efficiencies through PLIP programs.
Experience in the design and application of controls systems for high speed automated machinery including knowledge of AutoCAD and programming logic and motion controllers is preferred. Drive sizing, control theory, and drive experience is the most important criteria. Extensive in depth knowledge of modular programming techniques, motion control, cam development and highly synchronized drive systems is a plus.
