Electrical Engineer:
Contract- through February (start ASAP)
Location: Westminster, CO
Looking for someone who has familiarity with designing small motors, or designing with small motors.
We have an application that will involve a miniature motor, probably custom, about the size of a quarter or half-dollar, that can provide something on the order of a half newton-meter of torque. We need an Electrical Engineer who can lead sourcing, specification, and design of the circuits that will control the motor. He or she would have an experience base that left him or her familiar with good motor suppliers and a feel for designing in a solution that would be scalable to very high volume production (100k++ / year).
