Electrical Engineer Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
- Performs engineering design evaluations. May develop a range of products.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Job Qualifications:
- A degreed Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field of electrical design for robotics and automation systems.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical panel layout, detailed schematic design, and electrical component specification and selection.
- Have experience in selection of stepper, servo, DC, and AC motors and motor controllers for automation systems.
- Experience specifying and interfacing to various types of sensors used in robotics and automation.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical is a definite plus.
