This position is responsible for electrical pre-engineering; including EPC and BoP Quality control support aligned with Tech RD. Reporting potential new CIM cases and participate in CIM Case solution development. Providing support to SBU Technology Power Plant Sales and -Operations, Sales, Construction and Service. Proactively making Electrical Engineering competencies available to Sales, Construction and Service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Electrical Engineering team to
- perform electrical pre-engineering
- provide back office tech support
- provide technical sales support
- provide Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) support
- formulate Request for Non-Standard Product (RNSPs)
- provide HSE support (Health, Safety and Environment)
- perform electrical BoP/EPC engineering
- actively engage in Grid code standardization
- Engage direct reports and/or colleagues in continuous improvement
- Ensure that direct reports and/or colleagues deliver the agreed level of on time quality
- Actively convert knowledge into business value
- Select and retain qualified team members who contribute well to the overall team performance
- Break down silos and ensure that direct reports have a clear understanding of how their objectives are tied into overall team and organisational objectives
- Develop direct reports’ functional expertise
- Be a full member of the Power Plant Engineering management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with Masters or PE required
- 5+ years of electrical power system engineering experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong management, cooperation and communication skills to ensure understanding of expectations, performance goal, and progress in a global business
- Solid commercial/Business development experience and experience from exposure to/understanding of customers in either sales or service
