We currently have an excellent opportunity for Electrical Instrumentation Field Engineer to join our growing construction construction management team.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent related field experience
MUST HAVE previous experience working on power generation industrial construction projects
MUST be willing to travel to job site locations for long term assignments
Knowledge of related construction codes, standards, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
MS Project or Primavera training or experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Insure electrical construction activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule
Provide technical support for electrical instrumentation construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc.
Develop implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents
Interface with all on-site departments as required resolving problems, ensuring quality of construction, etc. in support of overall project schedule
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
