Electrical Fitter/ Mechanic

- Testing and maintenance of complex metering equipment and ensure correct operation.
- Ability to diagnose metering equipment faults and implement modification to overcome identified problems.
- Preform auditing and adhere to compliance requirements to ensure metering systems conform to all relevant Legislation, standards, work procedures and practices.
- Use appropriate metering equipment software programs for the reading and maintenance of complex metering equipment.
- C Class Manual Drivers License
- QLD electrical fitter/mechanic license
- Current industry experience
- Strong communication skills and able to work in as part of an team
We are currently looking for two qualified electrical fitter/mechanics to work for our client in Rockhampton and the surrounding areas. This is an temporary contract starting in April for the next 3-9 months, with possible extension.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be required to work an 9 day fortnight for an 8-10 hour shift per day. Overtime and penalty rate will be paid in full. Travel will be required in this position and all expenses will be paid for.
