ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND LINESMAN OHS AUDITOR
UtilityVision is growing and we need more auditors on our team. UtilityVision provides specialist services to the electrical distribution industry.
The successful applicant will be required to carry out inspections and audits of overhead electrical infrastructure assets, and work crews, to ensure compliance with the required standards and regulations.
The position requires:
- Conducting audits of electrical infrastructure.
- Conducting audits of Linesman Work parties.
- Documenting results and compiling reports
- Travel (must hold current Victorian Driver Licence, FMV provided)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Ideally you will be a linesman and the qualifications you will be required to hold (note training will be provided to the successful candidate):
- Level Two First Aid for the Electrical Industry including CPR
- Authority to Access HV Enclosures
- Traffic Management.
- Manual Handling.
- Noise/hearing conservation
- Network Inductions
- Green book procedures
- Installation of U/G Electrical Infrastructure
- Red Card
- VEDN Asset Auditor
This position requires:
- You will be honest, self motivated and reliable. You must be physically fit and have good written
- and oral communication skills.
- Experience in the electrical transmission or distribution industry is highly desirable as is a good knowledge of OHS.
- Training will be provided and the successful applicant will be required to attend and pass a number of courses.
