Hartford City Paper is seeking a highly driven and self-motivated electrical superintendent with a safety first attitude. Candidate must have at least 5 years of electrical supervisory experience. This position requires someone who can mentor employees on best practices as well as lead and expand the current
NFPA70E electrical program. Administrative skills required are: Use of KPIs to track and improve shop
progress, must have strong computer skills including the use of excel, word, and access. The position
requires the ability to write purchase orders as well as parts ordering, plan and supervise shut down
activities, plan and supervise multiple projects and contractors at the same time.
