Growth in the Crown Point, Indiana market area creates an opportunity for a career oriented and technically skilled individual with a strong hands-on background in the industrial electrical field (3 Phase, 480 VAC) coupled with an instinctive ability in electrical trouble-shooting.    While prior crane repair experience is not a requirement, if you have acquired experience in the inspection, repair and maintenance of industrial overhead cranes, this experience is valued and would be reflected in the starting compensation.

 

In this position, we require a highly skilled individual that has solid maintenance experience in the industrial electrical field (3 phase / 480 vac) and has an in-depth understanding of motor control circuitry and related troubleshooting procedures.​​   The work will involve troubleshooting, repairing and inspecting overhead cranes which consist of 3 phase motors (480vac), industrial motor controls and related electrical circuitry.  Once your orientation training is completed, you will be assigned a company vehicle and a good driving record is a necessary requirement.​​  In addition, the work requires one that has no fear of heights.​​

 

Following a training period, which will include working with skilled Technicians with extensive field experience, you will take on the role of a Field Service Technician.​​  This work will involve working at Customers’ plants and requires an individual who is a clear communicator, friendly by nature and able to represent one of the most successful organizations in the industry.​​
