Job Summary: Perform manufacturing/production operations and concepts of shop floor management, program management, production and quality control, manufacturing and test methods, work scheduling, develop manpower forecast and understand manpower production rates. Job Responsibilities: -Responsibilities include daily work assignments to production operations and support team members, -Responsible for cost, schedule and quality of hardware. -Training, certifications, lean manufacturing initiatives, and overall performance of the team. -Leads operations Manufacturing Operations work cell -Develops Production Control and Manufacturing Planning Job Qualifications: -Experience in both in Production Control, Manufacturing Quality Inspection -Minimum 5 Years Supervisory Experience -Strong leadership skills; excellent communication skills -Knowledgeable in IPC-610 and IPC-620 Preferred Skills: J-STD-001 Certified Trainer Years of Experience: Minimum 15 years electronic Assembly experience Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: 16-20 Years of Experience Desired: 16-20 To apply: Please go to the website www.intelligent.net and click on the Careers Tab.
