We are looking for a standout sales person to start a brand new division for our majorly successful global business. We have strong market presence globally and in Australia and have a client list of high profile/branded manufacturers of FMCG products.
This role will see you selling automated capital equipment of the value of $100K to $5million. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle and experience strong support from technical and design engineers. You will be required to strategically analyse the market and source new opportunities to sell solutions into production. This will involve long term sales cycles and we have a plan in place that is looking for realistic results in 2 to 3 years. To help you establish yourself we will also walk you into current, active accounts.
To apply for this role you must be accomplished at establishing new business with large scale manufacturing companies and be completely comfortable working with sales cycles of between 6 months to 2 years. You must be real relationship builder who is equally comfortable talking on the production floor to plant technicians and engineers as well as in the boardroom delivering a power point presentation to the corporate executives. You must have at least 5 years strong sales and negotiation experience into FMCG Manufacturing sites.
On offer is a starting base salary of circa $75K (neg) plus super, fully maintained company vehicle, all equipment necessary to perform your role and an ongoing bonus structure. You will receive regular reviews and joining a really close knit company that completely develops its people. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to completely build a division in the long term and become an integral part of a global company.
