JOB TASKS AND DUTIES (Including but not limited to)
• Exercise safe working practice at all times
• Prepare service calls
• Execute service calls EM, CM, PM
• Reporting of service calls internally and to customer
• Advice and execute optimization of systems, consulting the supervisor
• Analyze system performance (and the operator influence)
• Control and propose improvements for the quality of the service process
• Develop service supporting tools and means
• Perform preventive Maintenance Prepare follow-up CM work orders
• Un-jam conveyors
• Research and Request spare Parts as required
• Housekeeping
• Perform Inventory Counts
• Assist as required
• Complete CMMS Service Reports, Parts Usage and Warranty Records
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years Material Handling Experience required
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and controls (PLC, PC) systems
• Self Starter and Pro-active
• Detail Oriented and Stress Resistant
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Customer Oriented
• Innovative and Self Assured
• Decision Making Ability
• Flexible
$17.50-20.50 per hour plus choice of benefits
