The Document Messaging Technologies Division of Pitney Bowes, Inc. is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to support large/complex pieces of inserter equipment and sophisticated software for multiple field based Customers within a territory of a 50-mile radius. These machines are 60% mechanical, 20% electronic, and 20% software driven. Major Duties: Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance Trouble-shoot customer reported problems Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customers are contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines.
