Job Description Summary: The prime focus of this position is on the electromechanical assembly and basic testing of the entire range of subassemblies and products. Additionally this position supports production inventory control, including computerized transactions, receiving and distribution of raw material, servicing and repair of customer returned units and engineering prototype assembly using schematics, samples and drawings. Position Accountabilities/Essential Duties: 1. Electro-mechanical assembly of products. 2. 100 % quality of work 3. Training of assemblers on mastered processes 4. Basic testing of products / subassemblies 5. Maintaining material inventory control 6. Upgrading and repair of customer products 7. Rework through hole and surface mount PCB assemblies 8. Provide assembly support of engineering prototypes 9. Recommend process improvement and cost reductions 10. Safety within the production operations 11. Assure process documentation is current 12. Assure tools and equipment are functioning as intended Qualifications (education, experience, skills, and attributes): A.
