Kelly Services is seeking an Assembler for a government contractor in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Under minimal supervision, the candidate will perform a wide range of skilled, non?repetitive, electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies or in support of development projects. Duties: · Assure that safety and health practices are observed in all operations. · Assemble and solder printed wiring boards. · Assemble electronic hardware. · Wire chassis. · Assemble complex wire harness. · Assume broad spectrum of tasks. · Perform other work related tasks or assignments as directed by supervisor. Skills Required: · Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions. · Have good hand eye coordination. · Ability to use the following tools and equipment: solder iron; assembly hand tools; degreaser; pace rework/surface mount machine; SMT mounting and insertion tools required; coax cable assembly tools Experience Required: · Minimum of three years experience as an electronic assembler. · Mechanical assembly certification. · Complex wiring harnesses. · Rework certification. · Work instruction development. · Process problem identification/ECN process.
