Electronic Marketing Analyst – Trainee recruitment
There are considerable business and regulatory changes that will affect the way the bank will undertake it’s business, with specific focus on electronic distribution and trading, the following are the areas that are in particular focus:
- Regulatory impact due to a number of changes with rules in client interaction and trading, namely Dodd Frank Act and the introduction of SEFs
- Electronic Trading expansion across a number of asset classes
- Sales and client decision making tools to promote transparency and efficiencies.
Main responsibilities
The role is to support the COO and Product Managers within eBusiness in the following:
- Capture marketing requirements and develop marketing materials focused on electronic distribution and trading
- Liaise with various levels within sales, marketing, trading, technology back office operations.
- Co-ordinate online and offline marketing materials with agencies and the web delivery team
- Ensure Marketing and Communications are informed of all work including ensuring approvals are in place.
- Management reporting, collating electronic trading reports and analyzing trends.
Help and participate on data crunching, develop dashboard tools,… in liaise with other BLs COOs office and iT related teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
- University degree educated
- Ideally with experience in having worked within an investment bank previously as an intern or summer placement.
- Any specific asset class exposure such as FX, Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, Structured Products etc…
Past experience
- None required
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
Technical skills
- Web literate, Strong Excel knowledge, macros, Photoshop
