Qualified applicant must be self-motivated, organized, have basic computer skills, strong communication skills, and work well with the public in a fast paced office environment.
Daily responsibilities will include Case Management, Electronic Monitoring equipment installations, equipment retrieval, and equipment maintenance/service in a timely manner as requested by Lake County Sheriff Department.
Provide internal and external customer support.
Troubleshoot RF and GPS monitoring equipment.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for equipment tracking purposes.
Maintain accurate inventory levels while keeping equipment loss to a minimum.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks (UPS) associated with maintaining inventory levels.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Department.
Ensure at all times Sentinel is within its contractual obligations for Lake County Sheriff Department County.
Must have:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
Demonstrated ability to present information to a diverse group of clients and
confirm their understanding of the information presented
Ability to work with detailed information
Ability to prepare written reports and maintain records
Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
Basic understanding Microsoft applications and data entry.
