Immediate opening for Highly Skilled LASER CELL TECHNICIAN in manufacturing facility. Experinced in IEC PLC Programing. Programming of inputs and outputs for machine control. Programming of human inerface panel for control of machine components. Ability to monitor and perfom troubleshooting on PLC controller. Mapping of control signals for optimum cell efficiency. Programming HMI for data collection which includes OEE data. C+ programming experience required as well. List of qualifications: Applicant must be able to Apply advanced skills in area of specialization. Be able to adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet special needs. Must possess the ability to complete required training, that may include reading and writing skills and be capable of working under minimal supervision. Must be able to pass 6 panel drug screen and criminal background screening.

Robotics programming and integration. Motoman NX controls and concurrent I/O. MotoSim offline simulation programming. Red Lion HMI programming. Red Lion C type programming. PLC progrmaming. IEC standard, Secros based programming. Visual basic based HMI programming. C+ programming. Windows software editing. Machine automation. Ethernet?IP communications, Linear motion design and build, sensor designation. Qualified applicants should posses the physical stamina to walk, stand, stoop, or bend up to 100% of shift.
