CONROE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT seeks an Elementary Bilingual Teacher to work in Conroe, TX. Duties: Plan a bilingual program of study that meets the needs, interests and abilities of students; establish objectives for all lessons, unit projects and communicate objectives to students; employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media. Assess the accomplishments of students and provide progress reports; observe students for possible learning disabilities and refer to specialists as needed; maintain accurate, complete and current records as required by district policies and procedures, attend staff meetings and meet with students and parents as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (or foreign equivalent) + Texas Educator Certificate or be eligible to obtain. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English. 40 hrs/wk. 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. $48,103.00 - 58,480.00 per year.
