Xtreme Lashes is a rapidly growing cosmetics company with a large clientele of high end salons, spas and cosmetic medical professionals nationwide, including luxury multi-location/chain salons and spas such as Nordstrom Spas, Elizabeth Arden- Red Door Salons and more. As an Elite Account Manager, you will be in charge of developing existing and acquiring new multi-location “Elite” accounts.
Compensation: Base + Commission + Profit Sharing
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and market to luxury, high end, corporate-owned / chain salons and spas.
- Identify and build relationships with all key decision makers (at corporate and individual salon/store level) at existing and prospective elite accounts to serve as liaison between client and the company.
- Collaborate with in-house Marketing and Education teams to develop effective strategies and tactics for sales growth among elite accounts.
- Provide LEGENDARY SERVICE to clients and prospects by anticipating their needs and finding creative solutions to the challenges of their business.
- Collaborate with the in store/salon marketing and sales teams to coordinate merchandise displays, demonstrations and events that drive sales, while maintaining global brand image.
- Provide training and resources to keep stylists and store associates up to date and motivated to promote the latest techniques and products.
- Collaborate with clients’ internet marketing and sales teams to promote Xtreme Lashes products and services on clients’ ecommerce websites.
- Coordinate new product launches with internal and clients’ teams to ensure they are added to inventory and is being effectively promoted.
- Evaluate and suggest pricing structures.
- Collaborate with clients’ buyers and inventory managers to analyze stock levels and forecast sales.
- Identify and collaborate with media savvy clients and prospects for PR/media opportunities.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Engage elite account members utilizing your charismatic personality to build customer loyalty.
- Establish goals and conduct monthly follow up calls with each account.
- Utilize innovative technologies such as GoToMeeting WebEx to maximize your customer outreach and branding efforts with prospective and current clients.
- Create sales presentations, email marketing material and host webinars.
- Meet with clients to host trainings and special events
- Utilize your nurturing and generous attributes to ensure the customer is taken care of from initial contact, to closing and throughout the business relationship.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience closing sales over the telephone.
- Ambitious, Resourceful, Goal Driven, and possess a Positive Attitude.
- Business to Business sales experience preferred.
- Experience creating / leading marketing promotions.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctual and respectful of others’ schedules and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Highly organized team player
- Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, shifts may start as early as 7AM and end as late as 8PM. Shifts are determined by the time zone of your assigned territory.
- Ability to work typically one Saturday but up to two Saturdays per month 9am to 5pm.
