Candidates will be experienced developers having proven themselves able to deliver high-quality, robust, high-performance software within a trading environment. The role will involve extensive interaction with the traders and other business users.

Summary of software skills:
• Exceptional C# .Net 4.0 development skills – strong OOP knowledge
• STL/Boost and other related libraries
• Understanding of GUI Development (WPF)
• SQL Server 2008
• Asynchronous programming (LINQ)
• Experience with High Performance, robust, multithreaded software
• Real-time experience
• Network development (socket programming) TCP/IP/UDP etc
• Cross platform development (Unix/Windows)
Candidates will be tested thoroughly on their software skills.
