Job Description
Working in a dynamic and established team and reporting in to the IT Business Transformations Manager, you will be responsible for administering the Ellipse ERP system with a focus on Asset Management / Works Management modules. This includes loading data, calculating anomalies as well as day-to-day operational support and training the user base on the system.
Your previous knowledge and exposure will enable you to offer expert advice relating to ERP business systems implementation and to ensure that functionality aligns with established business requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a sound functional knowledge of the Ellipse ERP system.
- Asset Management / Works Management modules exposure highly beneficial.
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
