Our client is a leading European Investment bank that has significant operations in Singapore and across the APAC region. They are now looking for high calibre individual to join their MO Change team.
In this role you will work in a team to drive the design and implementation of change framework focusing on people and processes.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 5 years of Middle Office experience in Banking is a must
- A track record in project and change management
- Has a risk control mindset
- Ability to develop project frameworks
- Good understand of Regulations such as Dodd Frank
- Product knowledge in Rates, FX and Derivatives
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- The willingness and ability to take ownership of issues
