Our client is the largest privately held medical supply distribution company in the U.S.  Their creative team is growing and they are adding an Email Designer to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large in-house creative and marketing team with solid growth potential within a highly stable work environment.

 

Job type:                  Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire (for those that are currently employed)

Location:                  Mundelein, IL (far N suburbs – Metra accessible)

This is a newly created role within the organization, which will be responsible for the front-end design of various e-blasts such as promotions, advertisements, newsletters and more. You will work closely with the senior developers to execute these e-blasts. Hands-on development skills are a big plus, but not required. The focus of this role is strictly on the design.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Recent experience designing an assortment of e-mail marketing materials such as advertisements, campaigns, e-newsletters, etc.

 

·       Strong design skills with the ability to adhere to strict corporate guidelines

 

·       Clean design style with strong type skills and good use of white space

 

·       Knowledge of HTML is a big plus – ability to hand code or edit existing code

 

·       Ability to work as part of a collaborative team, with the ability to take direction well, and be able to articulate your ideas with other members of the team

 

·       Friendly and supportive personality with a strong work ethic and the desire to take an “all in” approach
