Email-Marketing Associate

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Reporting and analysing the results of E-Mail Marketing initiatives using Microsoft Excel
- Liaise with different departments to accomplish email projects to tight deadlines
- Designing, producing, testing and broadcasting email campaigns
- Manage email programme development projects as required
- Reviewing and updating email content on a regular basis for different countries in Europe
- Develop ideas that aim to continually improve the efficiency of the production of all email programmes
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices
- Staying well versed in CAN-SPAM regulations and global electronic regulations
- Running outbound our e-mail application as well as maximizing the application’s potential
- Any other duties as instructed by the Team Leader and management
Required/Essential skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Be educated to degree level
- Strong presentation skills
- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Basic/Intermediate understanding/experience of html/CSS is essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Be procedure-oriented, well organised, technically savvy and possess strong critical thinking skills
- Be proactive, a creative thinker, eager to learn about online marketing, be detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter with the ability to handle heavy execution
- Maintain high accuracy, work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience using e-mail marketing systems such as such Silverpop, Cheetahmail, Emailvision, Responsys or Eloqua
Preferred but not required:
- Read/Write/Speak German, French, Italian or Spanish
- Have previous experience with Eloqua, e-mail marketing tool
- Photoshop and database theory
- Experience of working for a global business.
- Have good knowledge of the forex trading industry
This role would suit a junior web developer who would like to develop their project management skills.
Other Information:
- Location: London
- Duration: Full time, permanet position
- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
- Working hours: 40 per week
