Email Marketing Technician recruitment
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• reporting and analysing the results of E-Mail Marketing initiatives using Microsoft Excel
• targeting pitches to different interest groups
• performing project management and coordinating between departments
• running outbound E-mail application as well as maximizing the application’s potential
• developing, creating, and publishing of E-mail marketing materials to be sent to clients and different interest groups
• staying well versed in CAN-SPAM regulations and global electronic regulations
• Any other duties as instructed by the Team Leader and management.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications the candidate must:
Essential
- be educated to a high standard
- have some proven prior related work experience in this field
- have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- be procedure-oriented, well organised, technically savvy and possess strong critical thinking skills
- be proactive, a creative thinker, eager to learn about online marketing, be detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter with the ability to handle heavy execution
- possess strong oral and written communication skills
- maintain high accuracy, work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- have a basic/intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic database theory
- have experience with mass e-mail senders.
Desirable
- have prior experience of working in a financial services organisation
- have a working knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Salesforce
- possess a Bachelors degree
- have experience of using Eloqua, Email Labs and Bronto.
