eMarketing Content Manager recruitment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

- Ensure that all eMarketing properties have current and effective content
- Work with business partners to create and/or manage the creation of new content,
including scripts for video/webcasts
- Work with Channel Marketing to determine appropriate banners and highlighted content,
products and campaigns for on-line and iPad
- Manage content approval process with business partners, legal and compliance
- Manage the development and launch of new content for interactive applications and tools
to be leveraged by enterprise-wide web properties
- Research best practices and competitors to ensure Nuveen’s content and on-line solutions
are current and competitive, building out business cases as needed
- Manage all internal communication across the organization related to launch and
development of new online capabilities
- Lead user interface testing of new website and development of test plans
- Manage the messaging schedule and content development of Facebook, LinkedIn,
Wikipedia and Twitter
- Oversee timelines and deadlines for content elements to ensure timely updates and
campaign launches
- Contribute to analytics reports across social media, video and blog performance
- Manage occasional vendor relationships and ensuring information flows between
business teams and vendor for successful completion of projects
- Monitor YouTube, Wikipedia, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter activity
- Stay informed and knowledgeable on company promotions, events and launches to
ensure content on social media is accurate and on-brand
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in an e-commerce space, including social media
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or equivalent work
experience

INTERPERSONAL/COMMUNICATION/LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently and with large, cross-disciplinary groups/stakeholders
- Ability to provide effective customer service to various levels of individuals/teams
- Excellent written (writing, proofreading and editing), and oral communication skills

MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL/REASONING SKILLS:
- Advanced problem recognition and resolution skills
- Strong analytical skills

OTHER:
- Ability to management multiple projects, problem solve and multi-task in a web
environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

TECHNICAL:
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
- Demonstrated proficiency with various Web and Data technologies
- Experience utilizing social media and Web 2.0 skills
- Ability to identify new online trends
