EMEA Business Manager -Equity Derivative Sales Job in London, London UK
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an EMEA Business Manager to join a team based in London earning a salary of £150,000 pa plus high bonus and benefits. The company are looking for a Global Business Manager (COO) to help drive the sales process through EMEA working with Clients, Sales and Technical teams to boost the business.
The company`s products combine pricing for widest possible range of instruments and underlying assets, including FX, interest rates, equities, commodities, energy and credit.
Your duties as EMEA Business Manager will include:
- Operating, strategy and platform responsibilities for Flow Sales and Structured Derivatives Sales to Institutional Equity Derivates Tier
- Being responsible for Equity Derivatives Product Management
- Detailed analysis of product, clients and Channel Pl, market share etc
- Being a senior stakeholder and champion for IT
- Creating technology plans, roadmaps and artefacts
- Being responsible for Sales operations in the Americas, Europe, Middle East
- Leading all people initiatives for staff and business
The ideal EMEA Business Manager will have the following skills and experiences;
- Have a Derivatives investment Banking Background
- Extensive experience of Derivatives Sales
- Good Proven record
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic with lots of drive
- Have good contacts in the Derivatives market
