EMEA Cash Equity/Futures Support Manager, Top Tier Bank

A leading Investment Bank has an urgent requirement for someone to Head up it's Front Office Application Support team for EMEA in Cash Equities and Futures.

You will be responsible for covering single-stock, program, electronic, algorithmic, futures and low latency DMA trading. The candidate will head a team dedicated to providing L1/L2 and Engineering support for the Connectivity platforms in the Cash Equities and Futures businesses in EMEA. Responsibilities include building and supporting the technology environment, ensuring the smooth running of production systems and providing an exceptional level of service to the banks internal and external clients. There will be exposure to front-office trading and sales people, trading platform and face off directly to traders on a daily basis.

The technical skills are predominantely Unix/Windows, SQL and scripting. Experience of managing a support team is key.

The role is open to anyone who has good problem solving skills with good experience of incident and problem management.
