About our client
Our Client, an international production company due to its further development is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious individual for the EMEA Compensation Manager position.
Job description
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and business objectives
- Manages the compensation, bonus and incentive plans
- Coordinates implementation and provides guidance to business unit and regional staff
- Responsible for maintenance and administration of bonus programs for the region
- Ensure salary, pensions and bonus structure is in line with company budgets
- Cooperates with local HR and HR Business Partners
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Finance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation role
- Experience within international company
- Ability to handle major processes, tasks and issues in implementing and administrating associate compensation programs
- Fluency in English is a must, other language will be an asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good analytical skills
- Good team player
