EMEA Corporate Tax Manager

EMEA Corporate Tax Manager will work closely with the EMEA Corporate Tax Director and broader EMEA tax team to manage and advise on EMEA tax issues.
1) Managing and monitoring European tax compliance calendar
2) Assisting with the review of all European direct tax returns prior to submission to local tax authorities
3) Managing and assisting with EMEA tax team response to local tax authorities questions and tax audits
4) Reviewing and advising on tax accounting / tax reporting implications of the EMEA tax compliance process from both a US GAAP / Local GAAP perspective
5) Other tax advisory support to EMEA tax team including advice and assistance in respect of EMEA Transfer Pricing obligations and documentation
Ideally ACA and CTA qualified with Corporate Tax PQE of dealing with medium to large companies, we’re looking for a Corporate Tax Manager who can demonstrate strong knowledge of at least one European Tax regime and who will ideally have had some exposure to other European Corporate Tax regimes. As well as being a self-starter and strong team player, you’ll bring with you strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
