EMEA FUNDING MANAGER, VP recruitment
My client currently seeks a VP to manage their expanding Cash, Collateral and Liquidity function inEuropeand provide leadership to the Funding Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Provide strong leadership and management across all EMEA Funding teams.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure a robust level of risk management and control across the varied functions we own.
- Deliver key tactical and strategic targets towards implementing Target Operating Model.
- Manage and support issue escalation up to and including BCM as appropriate
- Lead resolution on all funding related events including issue resolution and corrective action implementation
- Benchmark and independently assess existing control functions against best practice and consistency across regions
- Ensure plans in place for supporting any market, credit or liquidity risk events across group
- Actively contribute to and help lead the definition and shape of the global CCL function and wider initiatives across the broader organisation as required
