EMEA Marketing Intern – 6 Months Internship recruitment
Core Responsibilities:
Client Job Seeker Marketing (Approx. three days per week)
- Creation and execution of all bespoke emails on behalf of clients. Becoming the ‘go to’ person for all client emails, discovering and sharing best practices on ROI to pass back to clients. Supporting client marketing and sales to promote and sell bespoke emails more effectively.
- Creation and execution of the weekly monthly client email marketing newsletters across EMEA. Continually finding ways to enhance and improve on successes and increase subscriber base.
- Support the creation and execution of the weekly monthly jobseeker email marketing newsletters across EMEA on an ad hoc basis.
- Setting up and running a regular webinar programme for clients and job seekers.
- Assisting with other ad-hoc marketing duties including; conferences, exhibitions, data sourcing and cleansing, campaigns monthly statistics reporting etc.
PR Work (Approximately two days per week)
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases in EMEA, US and APAC
- Compile and update media lists
- Manage uploads on eFinancialCareers Media Centre
- Support PR results reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate
- Fluent English and any other European languages would be an advantage
- Basic HTML and good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Photoshop skills would be an advantage
Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence to liaise with key players in person, on the phone and email.
- Must be organised with attention to details
- Ability to work quickly and independently to short deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and work on several projects concurrently
- Self-Motivated and energetic
- Must be flexible and hands on
- Must be people oriented with the ability to adopt a teamwork approach
