EMEA PAYROLL AND BENEFITS OFFICER - CENTRAL LONDON - £28 - £32K

• To review EMEA payrolls processed outside of the UK.
• To submit data and manage payroll process for 5 UK managed EMEA payrolls.
• To maintain update the SAP HR module as follows
o Ensure all payroll data for outsourced payrolls is accurate
o Ensure EMEA SAP organisational management module is maintained accurately
• To manage the benefits portfolio for the UK, ensuring statutory compliance and budgetary constraints are adhered to.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and update the SAP module, for a headcount of 350 over 20 countries, 1800 over 30 countries, ensuring all organisational management data is accurate
• Maintain SAP for the UK payroll, headcount = 220
• Review and approve all salary and statutory payments for EMEA payrolls processed outside of the UK. This currently involves reviewing and approving 10 payrolls (2 fortnightly and 8 monthly) with a headcount of 150
• Manage monthly payroll process via a number of outsourced
• Manage the existing relationships with the providers of benefits for UK based employees ensuring benefits are promoted, invoices logged and paid, membership reporting and listings are maintained and P11D’s produced.
• Manage the Pensions auto enrolment process, ensuring employees receive the relevant documentation and monthly reports are submitted to the benefit provider.
• Maintain a database of long service baby awards, ensuring vouchers are ordered and the Tax department receive details of recipients for annual PSA returns.
• Partner with the UK HR director and EMEA Compensation and Benefits manager to identify and deliver new benefits that enhance the diversity of the business
