EMEA Regional Head Futures & Options Treasury Operations recruitment
Leading Investment Bank seeks a Regional Head of Futures Options Treasury Operations (VP level). They will be required to lead the Treasury Operations team.
This team is responsible for:
• The delivery/settlement of equities following the ex/asset process
• Delivery of bonds between clients and exchanges following last trading
• Maintenance of interest rates within core operating system
• Optimising efficient funding opportunities in conjunction with Global Treasury
The functions and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• Managing team of 7
• Reporting to the regional head of FO and OTC Clearing and the Global Functional Head of FO Treasury Operations
• Developing target state infrastructure for EMEA Treasury Operations
• Constant efficiency focus for BAU responsibilities and ad-hoc requirements
• Developing strong relationships with the finance and business teams within the region
The successful applicant will have prior team management experience, strong product knowledge around exchange traded derivatives and proven treasury related experience; product control experience would be preferred. Project management experience would also be extremely beneficial. Prior experience in the FO industry, specifically in a treasury operations role is essential. Those candidates that do not match these criteria need not apply.
