EMEA Sales Director

World leading software house specialising in document management solutions seeks an experienced sales leader to drive new business sales across Europe. Our client is embarking on an ambitious period of growth, looking to break into new geographies as well as take new products to market. The Sales Director EMEA will be responsible for identifing new tarket markets, defining the Go-to-Market strategy for those geographies and for the new products, and leading the existing sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving cross-industry enterprise software sales, preferably within the document management space. He/she will be able to demonstrate consistent revenues achieved against targets, both as an individual contributor and as a team leader / manager. Team leadership experience is a must, team management very desirable. Experience of both direct and channel sales is also a must. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales person to move into a pan-European management role and play a key and highly visible role in the growth of the business.
