EMEA Senior Branding & Marketing Manager recruitment

Job Purpose:
Working with the group brand team the individual will coordinate the brand management activities of Citi within the EMEA region and be responsible for positioning Citi in the region by coordinating all corporate marketing activities including marketing materials; sponsorships; advertising; credentials and marketing databases.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management - the individual will take primary responsibility for supporting the group wide roll out of the Citi brand across EMEA and ensuring that proper brand management practices are in place for the 50 plus countries in the region. They will provide support to countries and business lines within EMEA to ensure all marketing activities are in line with the group's brand architecture.
Marketing - This individual will help to develop a comprehensive, best-in-class corporate marketing strategy for Citi in EMEA. It will include ensuring that the banks' entire range of products and services are presented properly and consistently across a wide range of markets throughout the region. All efforts should be central to one goal - affirming and enhancing the Citi brand.
This will involve coordinating closely with initiatives across the businesses within Citi's Institutional Clients Group - equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, investment and corporate banking, transaction services and private banking - as well as the consumer bank. The position will be responsible for joint marketing campaigns across any number of Citi's businesses in the region that build commercial momentum.
The candidate will leverage third-party relationships to position Citi as an industry leader. This will include proactive management of industry award processes for all businesses, corporate sponsorships and conference participation.
Administer the marketing budget to ensure highest return on investment and introduce, as appropriate, internal corporate marketing and knowledge sharing practices across EMEA.
Communications - Develop and execute on strategic external communications and thought leadership for senior managers in the region, partnering with the internal and external communications teams. Work on speeches and/or talking points for external engagements.
