Position Description:
The Emergency Services Manager directs, controls, and coordinates all operations. Is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of quality standards. Directs and participates in the planning, revenue analysis, budgeting, inventory control, and education and human resource related issues within the service line.
Position Comments:
Reports to the Emergency Department Director and the Chief Nursing Officer. Oversees daily activities and participates in the development and adherence of all administrative duties within an ER with approximate annual volume of 20K annual visits.
Experience Required:
BSN preferred.
2-3 years previous manager level experience, preferably in a similar volume ER.
Compensation:
$70-80K/year
