Emergency/ Technical Helpdesk Advisor

A permanent opportunity has arisen for a helpdesk advisor to work in Leicestershire on a 3-day on/ 3-day off shift pattern for a company with an ever-growing market share. This job will require someone who has call centre experience, handling inbound emergency related calls, which require diagnosis and scheduling.
 
This company have a fantastic relationship with Hays and requires us to help them find more enthusiastic, personable, friendly, hard working and accountable helpdesk/ customer service professionals. This role will require you to handle the initial call, diagnose and troubleshoot where possible, book the cause of action if necessary within predefined SLAs and progress chase, as well as general admin duties.
 
The ideal helpdesk advisor will have previous experience handling and resolving emergency related queries over the phone. Personality-wise, you will need to be calm under pressure, possess good communication and listening skills, the initiative to solve problems and the ability to work in a team. Your working attitude must be punctual, reliable and flexible. The working pattern for this role is a 3-day on/ 3-day off shift pattern, with a salary between £14k and £17k.
