Emerging Market Research – Director of Sales recruitment

GlobalSource seeks the role of Director of Sales, an executive level position which has been established to be an instrumental part of the company’s next stage of development. This role requires significant experience in institutional and C-level sales, knowledge of the research industry and expert networks, and skills in both traditional and digital media / interactive marketing.
Requirements are:
- qualified salesperson with 5-10 years industry experience
- proven track record generating revenues from equity or fixed income sales
- market knowledge of equity and fixed income research products
- self-starter, driven, personable, assertive and resourceful
- excellent selling and closure skills
