Summary

Associate Director level Credit Analyst, fluent in Russian, is required by our leading global banking client to be responsible for the credit assessment of corporate lending transactions along with credit monitoring of a portfolio. A background in emerging markets corporate credit risk would be advantageous.

Description

As described above, the successful candidate will be responsible for the credit assessment of corporate lending transactions along with credit monitoring of an assigned portfolio. You will work closely with Relationship Managers who you will assist by providing support in the context of credit discussions and applications. The role involves analysis of both corporate and financial institutions and periodic project assignments of geographic or industrial sectors.

Given your experience it would be expected that you would aid the development of more junior team members.

Requirements

Education (Essential): Degree educated

Education (Preferred): Industry qualification in finance, credit analysis or risk management related subject.

Work Experience (Essential): Strong background in banking with credit preferably in a risk assessment role - to include

Include both corporate and financial institutions.

Work Experience (Preferred): Experience of working on an Emerging Market portfolio.

Functional/Technical Competencies (Essential): Confident communicator - verbal and written - in both English and Russian (ideally).

Computer Literacy: MS Office, strong knowledge of MS Excel required.

Behavioural Competencies (Essential): Self-motivated, diligent and reliable, efficient and resourceful; team player.
