Job Title: Emerging Markets Finance Transaction Advisory
Corporate Title: Vice President
Department: Group Finance

Responsibilities:

The candidate will undertake appropriate due diligence on structured transactions, NPAs and Acquisitions/Disposals within the CIB Transactions Group
The group also acts as face-off to CIB Structuring, and liaises with all relevant specialist Finance functions, providing an element of challenge where applicable.
The main purpose of the role is the support for the FD sign-off on all new product approvals, legal entity committee approvals and structured transactions
The remit of the role includes an understanding of products and economics of the structured activity, valuations, accounting, reg, booking/control issues, business case challenge, any issues arising from other infrastructure partners

You will have:

An accounting qualification
An extensive background in Derivatives valuations ideally
An Accounting Policy background or accounting advisory from practice
A background in transaction advisory within in Investment Banking

You will be:

A strong communicator
A Derivatives Valuations Expert
Technically adept in IFRS
A credit or Emerging Markets Product Controller
