As an Emerging Partner Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the opportunity to help build mind share and broad use of Amazon's cloud computing platform (Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS and Amazon CloudFront) across the emerging partner community. Your broad responsibilities will include: promoting the use of AWS with emerging partners in the AWS community. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skill in software architecture and cloud computing as well as very strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Roles Responsibilities: As a strategic member of the AWS Business Development team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our partner community. This includes: The ability to deliver webinars that highlight various areas of the AWS platform and their impact on the partner community. Assist solution providers with the definition of technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform. Provide training to partners to help jump start their efforts with cloud computing.
