Rabobank, N.A. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Online Messaging Manager in our Roseville Executive Offices. The focus of this role is on building, managing and optimizing the online emessaging platform (email, MMS, Twitter and social inbox technologies) and capabilities needed to positively impact sales and revenue for bank products while improving our digital customer experience.
The role includes responsibilities for defining the bank’s emessaging strategies, strategy execution, performance measurement, and tracking and communicating the status and progress of results to key stakeholders. The role is responsible for initiating, defining, and executing emessaging strategies for all RNA businesses, including retail banking, business banking and agricultural segments.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required with minimum 8 years strategic marketing experience, to include at least 5 years experience working in digital messaging channels at an agency, client (business) or service provider
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners
- Extensive experience managing emessaging platforms, particularly ExactTarget, and marketing technologies including sales tracking and reporting, web analytics and adserving
- Strong partner relationship management, influencing, collaboration, and negotiating skills with partners and vendors
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing problems to positive resolution
- Direct experience evaluating and reporting progress in terms of quality, financial management and performance metrics
