About the challenge
The Employee Benefit Consulting business focuses on providing advice and bespoke solutions to UK corporate clients, with the aim of becoming a global corporate wealth advisor.
The group has a number of complementary businesses that provide high-level contact with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 businesses and entrepreneurs, so there is great potential for new business. This is an advice led, whole-of-market proposition, building strong long-term relationships with clients and represents a unique opportunity for experienced EBCs to develop their career within the fastest growing Wealth Manager in the country.
About you
You need to have experience of consulting with, and delivering added value employee benefit services to FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and entrepreneurs preferably in a fee based environment. You will have demonstrable experience of generating new client revenue streams whilst maintaining existing client relationships and revenue targets. You will have experience of building deep client relationships with a reputation for integrity and with the ability to evoke trust and openness in clients, colleagues and intermediaries.
