Leading Employee Benefits consultancy are seeking an Employee Benefits Client Director to join their established team. As an Employee Benefits Client Director you will be responsible for the retention and income growth of a portfolio of existing accounts and for the generation of new income through new business acquisition. Day to day preparation of the advice and administrative services will not be expected but taking ownership for the delivery and quality of that work to the client in a timely and professional manner will be. To be considered for Employee Benefits Client Director you will need in depth industry knowledge of the benefit's market gained from previous roles in the industry, along with sound Employee Benefits product knowledge covering Group Risk, Healthcare, Flex and Pensions. Proven track record in account development and securing / building new client relationships is essential.
