EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER recruitment
It will be your responsibility to profitably grow and develop new and existing Corporate Pensions business by encouraging increased participation and contribution levels by employees and developing relationships and interactions with intermediaries, employers and employees to ensure delivery of profitable APE.
There are 2 positions available - one covering the north and one covering the south of England. The job holder will normally work remotely although may be aligned to local Area Office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve required activity levels and market share targets in line with published company targets.
- Identification of key influencers within the scheme and managing relationships to maximise exposure to the opportunities available to generate new business from the scheme.
- Working closely with intermediaries and employers to deliver the Company’s Dual Advice proposition to employees - including face to face meetings where necessary.
- Designing and delivering communications programmes to selected employers in conjunction with Communications and Education Managers.
- Managing employer sites effectively to ensure maximum take-up and contribution.
- Managing scheme processes to ensure successful joining of all new members.
- Scheme administrator's issues managed to ensure smooth interaction between employer and the Company.
- Ensure that local and role specific TCF requirements are adhered to when carrying out duties to ensure compliance with FSA regulations.
- Authorisation Limitations:
- Authorised to sell the Company’s product range on information only basis (not authorised to give advice).
Core Experience Requirements:
- CF1-5 (or equivalent) qualifications.
- J04 qualification or equivalent or studying towards equivalent highly desirable.
- Proven track record experience of financial services, including pensions experience.
- Proven successful experience or presenting to large groups to deliver EI.
- Experience of account/territory management.
