Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have experience delivering/teaching to course objectives? Do you meet the criteria described in the Typical Education / Experience section of this requisition? Typical Education/Experience Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information Workplace Coaches utilize their extensive airplane production experience and process expertise to the fullest extent: individual and group assessment, knowledge transfer, teaching, team coaching, process and performance improvement. Prior Aircraft experience in Layup desired: Familiar with the layup of different materials in different degree orientations in order to strengthen the part. Able to interpret drawings in order to follow proper sequences in the layup processes. Overall understanding of compaction, why it is used and the ability to use tools in order to chase leaks highly desirable. Experience in curing composites, fiberglass or similar materials that must go through a cure process a plus. Familiar with tools for inspecting different features of cured/uncured parts, some gages include vacuum pressure gage, scale, weight measurement devices, and calipers a plus. Experience in solvent cleaning and applying chemicals that are intended to restrict sticking of cured parts to the mating template a plus. Experience in sanding different materials, experience in sanding or scarffing composites is a plus.
